ClassFactors is in early-access development. What’s available

School work deserves
a shared home.

Clear records for staff. A simpler way for families to stay informed.

One leave request.
One clearer process.

ClassFactors started with staff leave requests and approvals. That focus on practical, everyday work still shapes the product.

School work often lives in separate places: a paper attendance register, a fee spreadsheet, marks in another file and leave requests in a message thread. Keeping those records in sync becomes another job for the staff.

ClassFactors brings daily attendance, exams and published report cards, manual fee records, staff leave and family access into one school workspace. Students, classes, subjects and academic years provide the shared context.

History matters as much as today’s work. Academic-year controls and class history help keep records connected to the school year and class where they belong.

The product is in active development. Core workflows have been implemented and tested, while further promotion, exceptional correction and access work remains before public launch. Early access is the right way to describe where we are.
